The SAE-A will recognise engineering innovation and excellence in the mobility industry, at the organisation’s 2016 Mobility Engineering Excellence Awards (MEEA), on the 17th of November. SAE-A’s premiere event will be host to the industry’s leading and future innovators at the award ceremony and dinner, held at the exciting new venue of The Arts Centre Melbourne.

The MEEA recognises outstanding contributions to advancing technologies in the transport mobility field. This includes: automotive, heavy commercial vehicles, aerospace and unique Australian engineering design strengths in the camper trailer and 4WD automotive aftermarket sectors.
A diverse panel of judges will review entries from the number of sectors aforementioned. The MEEA recognises excellence in mobility engineering across the following areas: product, design concept, process, service and research areas. This event will take submissions from undergraduates, postgraduates, young engineers and professional engineers.
